What Is Osteopathy?
Osteopathic Manual Therapy follows the theory that imbalances in the human structure contribute to and are directly related to the development and maintenance of disease. Because of this, treatment can benefit any person experiencing any type of discomfort or ailment. Osteopathic treatment uses gentle manipulation to encourage the body’s self-healing capacity by restoring proper mechanics and removing any obstructions that interfere with nerve impulses and circulation in order to allow for proper nutrition and drainage of the body’s tissues.

A Principle-Based Approach
By studying a principles-based form of healthcare, Caroline treats to find the underlying root cause of a condition. This means that she does not memorize techniques, but rather she learns the universal principles that all bodies work upon and therefore treats each patient in a unique way according to their individual body and its individual needs.
